Recognising the best of web & digital and customer experience

Our Spring Awards are all about recognising the best in local government customer experience and web & digital. 

Entries for 2019 are now open. This year we have a total of eight awards open for nominations, focusing on the people and projects that make local government great. 

The awards open for nominations are:

  • Professional of the Year (one each for CX and Web & Digital)
  • Team of the Year (one each for CX and Web & Digital)
  • Training and Development Award - $3000 professional development grant (one each for CX and Web & Digital)
  • Ultimate Customer Service Centre
  • Best Digital Project

We will also be awarding the Supreme Website and Best Customer Experience awards. These are decided by our web audit and CX mystery shop respectively.

To start nominating, check out our award guidelines, then use the form below to submit your entry. The winners will be announced during the awards dinner at our 2019 Spring Conference in Christchurch on 16 September.
