Our Spring Awards are all about recognising the best in local government customer experience and web & digital. This year we've revamped our awards to streamline the awards we're giving out, and recognise the increasing crossover between CX and web & digital.

Our Supreme Website and Best Customer Experience Awards are also presented at the Spring ceremony, however these are decided by the results of our Web Audit and Customer Service Mystery Shop.
