During the COVID crisis there was incredible work carried out by unsung heroes throughout local government. The 2020 ALGIM Special Awards ceremony recognises and rewards local authorities for exercising leadership, innovation and support during COVID-19.

We have been delighted with the response receiving a total of 45 nominations for the three award categories.

Join us at this online ceremony where we will announce the winners for the following award categories:

  • Supportive Team – Customer Experience
  • Supportive Team – Information Communication Technology
  • Supportive Team – Web & Digital
  • Supportive Team - All of Council

Paul has been a technology commentator and journalist for 20 years, working for a number of specialist IT publications, television and radio. He's worked in corporate public relations and as a lobbyist for the telco users and today he runs his own consultancy, working with clients such as the Institute of IT Professionals, Datacom, Paymark and many others.
