Organisations are grappling with compliance, regulation and risk management in an era when our platforms are rapidly iterating, often outside of our control. Use of Microsoft 365, Cloud Services and online apps mean we have to constantly pivot on our approach often with little notice.

How can we harness, data modelling. metadata standards, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence with traditional information skills, such as content classification, Natural Language Processing and ontology design to navigate this conundrum and get effective business outcomes?

In this webinar Stephen will provide an overview of these challenges and share the opportunities for recordkeeping and Information management in a rapidly evolving technological environment.
