Kevin came to New Zealand from the UK in 2008 for a role at New Plymouth District Council, leading their IT team. The team established a track record for innovation, being one of the first NZ sites to implement Microsoft Lync (now Skype for Business) and winning an ALGIM innovation award 3 years running.
A short stint at the Financial Markets Authority brought Kevin to Auckland and he joined Auckland Transport in 2017 as Programme Manager in the technology team with responsibility for the Digital and Customer Experience programme. In 2020 Kevin took on his current role as GM Customer & Digital Experience, responsible for leading the design and execution of customer and digital experiences, setting strategy and leading cross-functional teams to prioritise and deliver enhanced customer experiences.
