Shiree leads a team of ~40 staff at Allfields most of whom are change managers. Allfields have been delivering the full suite of change management activities in technology change projects since 1999. Based out of Wellington they have helped clients around the country and the world get technology adopted. Allfields are well known across many councils, delivering many technology change projects.
