In the journey from digital equity to digital excellence, we traverse a transformative landscape.

However, our digital destiny is not just about technology, but about the society we aspire to build—a society where every individual can thrive, innovate, and contribute to a brighter future.

Elle will share her journey as an advocate and practitioner of digital inclusion, highlighting her experiences in digital strategy and real-world activation.

She will also present a live case study of Digital Equity scoping for a district council, outlining the challenges, opportunities, and overall impact outcomes.

All whilst embarking on the discovery of Local Body Governments role in Digital Strategy.
