Jason will present a summary of recent NZ Government activities in web accessibility to support digital practitioners and consumers.

Idris will show how we improved the usability and accessibility of three updated design patterns on Govt.nz & Digital.govt.nz.


About the Presenters:  


Jason Kiss, Web Standards Consultant, DIA 

Jason is part of the Digital Public Service Branch at the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) where he advises on web accessibility and the NZ Government Web Standards.


Idris Corap, Senior UX Designer, DIA 

Idris is part of a multi-disciplinary team in the Digital Public Service Branch that manages a range of digital products, including Govt.nz, Digital.govt.nz, Data.govt.nz.
