Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fast emerging in Local Government and recently Moorabool Shire Council has introduced an AI Assistant (Maddi). Much planning and thought went into the introduction of an AI Assistant with a particular focus on ensuring Maddi provides a wholesome support service but more importantly the P&C teams maintains it people interface which is integral to the success of their team.

Whilst an AI Assistant within a P&C team can genuinely improve efficiencies, provide opportunities for process improvement and free up capacity to tackle other challenges, we must not underestimate nor forget the importance of building and maintaining relationships, interacting and collaborating and understanding emotion and human behaviour.

During the webinar, Josh will discuss how Moorabool planned for and have found balance.
