Spring Conference Awards

Our Customer Experience and Web & Digital Awards recognise the best of local government in these professions, and are handed out at our Spring Conference each year.

This year we've given our awards a shake up, to streamline them, and ensure they reflect the changing nature of CX and web & digital.

To help walk you through the new award programme, and answer any questions you may have, we're putting on a free webinar. We love getting entries from all across local government, and we look forward to getting yours!
