The Chief Ombudsman has recently investigated a number of matters which touch on the adequacy of local authority record keeping.
This webinar will look closely at five cases, identifying the failings which were apparent to the Ombudsman, and the learning local authorities can take from them.
About the Presenter: Gareth Derby
Gareth is a Principal Adviser at the Office of the Ombudsman. After several years of assisting successive Ombudsmen with investigation, he joined the Ombudsman's Strategic Advise Team, and now heads the local government and official l information sector groups.
