Stuart Campbell is a certified systems engineer has been IT manager at Ruapehu District Council for over 10 years. Prior to this he was a service manager for an IT company and also ran his own IT company for over 7 years in Hamilton. Overall he has been involved in IT for 30 years and has also worked in various aspects of IT throughout his career.
