Crisis Communication Essentials

When an issue becomes public, you need a clear plan and the confidence to front it.

This practical course gives you tools to manage reputational issues, respond to a crisis and communicate effectively with your stakeholders and the media. The focus is on doing the right thing, developing clear messages and building trust.

You will work through realistic scenarios, use practical planning tools and practise media interviews on camera.

For leaders, managers, spokespeople and communications professionals.
