With options for individuals, teams and councils of all sizes, the training provides a flexible way to build capability across areas including customer service, policy, data, business intelligence, digital services, marketing and technology.

Example Pathway - Digital, Information & Data

If you work in a council digital, information, or data role, you may be exploring how AI can support better use of data, more efficient digital services and secure, scalable technology solutions.

Depending on your role and development goals, these certifications may be relevant:

  • AI+ Data Practitioner
    For data professionals who want to build practical skills in data science, machine learning and predictive analytics to solve real-world organisational challenges.
  • AI+ Business Intelligence Practitioner
    For professionals who want to use AI-powered analytics to turn data into actionable insights and support better strategic decision-making.
  • AI+ Cloud Practitioner
    For technology professionals who want to integrate, deploy and manage AI solutions within scalable cloud environments.
  • AI+ AI Architect Practitioner
