Marie-Lou Almeida is an L&D Senior Consultant with Gallup based in Sydney Australia. She works as a Course Facilitator, Executive Leadership Coach and a Subject Matter Adviser for Gallup. She has worked at Gallup for over 25 years.
Outside work she enjoys her role as a mum and loves spending time amongst nature.

Peter is a Senior Workplace Consultant and is based in Wellington, he has been working for Gallup for 27 years, 18 of those years in New Zealand. His work in NZ involves consulting and advising clients on best practice approach to Strengths Culture, Engagement, Leadership Development and Culture Transformation. His clients are from multiple sectors and some of his clients are Exceptional Workplace Award Winners. Peter is married to Fiona from Napier, and together they have 4 children. Peter is fluent in 3 languages and loves cycling and ocean swimming.
